SaaS Platform · Brewery Management

Kegop

A modern brewery management system that gives small and mid-sized breweries real inventory and cost control — without the four-figure annual license.

Kegop inventory on a phone: searchable item list filtered by ingredient type, each row showing carrying cost, on-hand quantity, and a one-tap physical count button
Kegop owner dashboard: total carrying cost and trailing-twelve-month inventory turns alongside a per-ingredient-type cost breakdown and an 18-month month-end inventory value chart

The problem

Brewery management software is built and priced for regional producers: thousands of dollars a year, per-seat licensing, and a feature set most small breweries never touch. So the ones that can't justify it run the business on spreadsheets instead — stock counts that are already stale by the time they're typed in, ingredient costs nobody can total on demand, and reorder decisions made from memory on the brew floor.

The solution

Kegop is a multi-tenant web platform covering the loop a brewery actually runs on. Brewers log deliveries as they arrive and log brews as they happen; on-hand inventory is derived from receipts minus what brewing consumed, so the number is computed rather than maintained and can't drift out of sync. Recipes tie each beer to its ingredients, planning turns upcoming brews into a consolidated order list, and the owner's dashboard reports carrying cost by ingredient type alongside trailing-twelve-month inventory turns and a month-by-month inventory value trend. It's mobile-first — a bottom tab bar on a phone in the brewhouse, a full sidebar on the office desktop — with Google sign-in and Postgres row-level security isolating each brewery's data.

The outcome

Live in production at kegop.com with its first brewery onboarded off a stack of Google Sheets, migrated by a reconciling importer that balanced the new ledger against the old spreadsheets before cutover.
